One thing the instructor did to help support learning was his ability to make the class laugh, his ability to lighten the mood, and create community made us more comfortable in delivering speeches.

Very funny, very engaging, consistent encouragement and feedback, very fun. Interactive teaching; supportive words; made class interesting and entertaining to attend whilst creating an amazing learning environment!

This professor was great. Super attentive. When we did not understand him he would go out of his way trying to get us to understand. Super understanding and genuinely cares about the success of every student.

He was very patient with the class and always repeated instructions until we understood what was being asked of us. He also was encouraging of us when we would do our small bits of public speaking during in class participation.

The in-class discussions and activities were exceptional for helping reinforce the topics covered in class and break through that public speaking anxiety.

I love how engaging my instructor was with the class and how he made everyone feel welcome. I really appreciate the in-class activities, which helped me be myself more.
